Sebastian Banos joined Flex-Erect with no prior construction industry experience, bringing skills from his previous role as a welder and detailer in his family’s business, which specialized in hand railings, wine cellar doors, and automatic gates. His largest project there was designing interior hand railings for JJ Watt’s mother.

As an Assistant Project Manager at Flex, Sebastian values the positive work environment and balances his time between work, college courses in Construction Management, and gym sessions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and plays Sunday league soccer or basketball. Known for his hard work and dedication, Sebastian consistently brings his best to every assignment.
