With four years of experience in the construction industry, Noah Loya plays a crucial role as an Assistant Project Manager at Flex-Erect. Prior to joining the company, Noah worked as a commercial drone pilot, a hobby he still enjoys today. His largest project to date is the Texas A&M Fort Worth Law and Education building.

Noah believes that every project offers something rewarding and enjoyable, ensuring that no time is ever wasted. He thrives on the growth potential at Flex-Erect, where he has already expanded his knowledge and skills.

Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to project success, Noah stays committed no matter the time or day. When he's not working, Noah is either flying drones or catching up on much-needed sleep alongside his dog.
