Our goal is for each employee who arrives at our job sites to go back home to their families every day. We want our employees to complete each workday more informed and better educated about our safety standards.

 

To support our goal, Flex-Erect works with our safety team to constantly review our practices in the field. We monitor and document our progress through unannounced site assessments. Our training procedures are reviewed and modified to support changes in industry standards and best practices.
