With over 15 years of experience in the steel erection industry, Chris Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to Flex-Erect. Having spent the majority of his career as an ironworker, Chris developed a deep appreciation for the craft, especially the thrill of hanging iron and the satisfaction of mentoring eager team members. Now, as a Project Manager, he leverages his field experience to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Chris is known for his ability to collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members, delivering successful results time and time again.

Outside of work, Chris cherishes spending quality time with his family. Married with three children, he values the moments they share and the memories they create together.
